LIMITED-LIFETIME WARRANTY

DOOR BUTLER BRAND COMPONENTS ARE WARRANTED AGAINST DEFECTIVE MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR THE LIFE OF THE DOOR CLOSER BODY ON WHICH THE COMPONENTS ARE APPLIED. *

* For maximum door operator life and warranty validation, when incorporating door operator device with outside doors, the system must be accompanied by a safety chain or similar wind-damage prevention device.

This warranty does not cover incident damage caused by improper installation, negligence, or misuse. This warranty does not cover costs for the removal and replacement of any components. This warranty does not apply to any related components a or accessories included in the door and door closer systems.

This warranty and may be preceded, and give you specific legal rights that may vary from each state.

RAPCO and Door Butler makes no warranty or claim to any related manufacturer’s components and/or accessories.

If any warrantable component are defective in material and workmanship, please return to the factory including all transportation costs prepaid, and including proof of purchase for repair or replacement. Customer is liable for all reasonable shipping and handling charges.

R.A. PRODUCTS COMPANY INC. (RAPCO) AND DOOR BUTLER SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER REASON.

Never leave a door being held opened by the device unattended. Among other concerns,  damage to the door and door operator system may result.

COMFORTZONE SECURITY STORM DOORS

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

ComfortZone Security Storm Doors (ComfortZone) makes the following warranties to the purchaser with respect to the ornamental security storm door.

1. The master frame of the door shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the purchaser owns the door.

2. The door lock, handle, closer and hinges shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation.

3. The finish on the door shall be free from fading, peeling, cracking or blistering for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original installation.

ComfortZone's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement or any part of the door covered under this warranty found to be defective by ComfortZone. This warranty affords you certain legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

1. GLASS AND/OR SCREENS - ComfortZone makes no warranties, with respect to glass and/or screens sold with or as part of the door, beyond delivery.

2. NORMAL USAGE- THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND USE OF THE DOOR OR ANY PART THEREOF COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. It DOES NOT apply to excessive use, such as commercial application, or damage caused by negligence, accident, improper installation, abuse, alteration or misuse. TARNISHING OF HARDWARE IS EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.

3. PURCHASER- "Purchaser" shall mean the person for whom the door is originally installed. This warranty shall not apply to any subsequent owners of the door.

4. IMPLIED WARRANTIES - Any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness with respect to the door or any part thereof required by law shall apply only for the duration of the applicable portion of this written warranty. Some states do not permit limitations on the length of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES- ComfortZone MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE DESCRIBED IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. This warranty and the obligations and liabilities of ComfortZone hereunder are exclusive and expressly in lieu of and purchaser hereby waives all other remedies, warranties, guarantees or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, (including, without limitation, any obligation of ComfortZone with respect to merchantability, fitness and incidental and consequential damages). Purchaser acknowledges no other representations were made to him or relied upon by him with respect to the quality and function of the door or the parts thereto.

NOTICE: ( Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation' of incidental or consequential damages so that some, or all, of the above exclusion may not apply to you.)

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE

ComfortZone will repair or replace any defective put covered by this warranty, at no cost to purchaser, upon notice to ComfortZone by purchaser no later than the end of the warranty period and inspection by ComfortZone. To make a claim, purchaser should notify the dealer from whom the door was purchased.
